Refund policy
We want you to love your build. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right.
30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as it is:
- unbuilt, with the parts bags unopened
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by your order number
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping costs are not refunded.
Damaged, faulty, wrong or missing items
If your set arrives damaged, is faulty, is missing pieces, or isn’t the item you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send replacement parts, a replacement set, or a full refund, at no cost to you, including any shipping.
How to start a return
Email buckvault@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap an item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement or refund.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
